Prices, Payment & Discount

Prices are shown in GBP, VAT will be added at the current rate.

To ensure our prices remain competitive, full payment is required prior to product dispatch.

We will endeavour to give advance notice of price increases, but reserve the right to amend prices as required, without prior notice.

Our pricing policy is to quote current Net prices. We do not inflate our prices to allow for large meaningless discounts. We try to ensure that ALL of our customers benefit from fair and competitive pricing on all our products.

In the unlikely event that an item is unavailable for longer then 2-3 working days, we will contact you to ask whether you would be happy to have the item back ordered, or whether you wish for an alternative item. You may cancel your order at this time without charge.
